Our Founder

Our Founder

LevelUpCareers was founded by Sonia Sondhi, a dedicated professional with over 10 years’ experience working in and around education, alongside a background in youth justice and policing.

This breadth of experience has provided a unique insight into the challenges young people face today β€” from navigating key life decisions to staying engaged, focused, and confident about their future. It has also reinforced a clear belief: with the right support, guidance, and exposure, every young person has the potential to succeed.

Having worked directly with students across a wide range of settings, Sonia has seen first-hand the impact that early intervention, positive role models, and clear pathways can have on a young person’s direction and outcomes.

LevelUpCareers CIC was created to bridge the gap between education and opportunity β€” delivering high-quality mentoring, practical guidance, and aspirational support that empowers young people to make informed choices about their next steps.

Working in partnership with schools, Sonia supports all students, including those who may need additional direction β€” helping to raise aspirations, improve engagement, and support positive outcomes for our young people.
